Job summary

Required RN licensure with BLS and ACLS; 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience; strong leadership and communication skills to manage patient flow and ensure high-quality care.

• Monitor bed assignments and optimize unit resources.
• Lead infection prevention and safety protocol adherence.
• Respond to unit emergencies with leadership and care.
