This role requires supervising care on the night shift, 36 hours per week (1845–0715), every 4th weekend and holiday rotation, coordinating admissions, discharges and bed flow while guiding staff and applying SBAR and clinical standards across care teams.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited program required.
• Current RN license and BLS preferred.
• 1–2 years on the unit; 3–5 years nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions and discharges to ensure bed availability.
• Lead unit plan when demand exceeds capacity.
• Coach staff and ensure patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with Care Manager and other departments.
