Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• RNs hired/promoted into this role must obtain BSN within four years of hire/promotion.

Responsibilities

• Lead night shift with unit governance and staffing oversight.
• Provide bedside patient care and ensure safety and quality.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practice.
• Support staff through coaching, performance reviews, and mentorship.
• Oversee unit-based councils and lead staffing/hiring decisions as needed.
