Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Validity of compact license transfers within 60 days of start date.
• BSN within four years of hire or promotion (if not already obtained).

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and clinical expertise during shift and department operations.
• Supervises personnel to ensure appropriate staffing levels based on patient needs and KPI targets.
• Leads unit change, orientation for new staff, and performance reviews.
• Conducts bedside patient care with nursing process, evidence-based practice, and care coordination.
• Oversees competency assessments, staff development, and regulatory compliance.
