Intermountain Health Saint Joseph's Hospital is seeking a Nurse Clinical Leader to provide leadership and clinical expertise on the night shift, ensuring appropriate staffing and resource use. The role combines bedside patient care with unit management and KPI accountability.

Candidates should have a BSN, current RN license, and BLS. A strong leadership background and ability to precept, orient new staff, and participate in performance reviews are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BSN degree from an accredited institution; BSN must be obtained within four years of hire/promotion.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsabilités

• Lead nursing team during night shift and manage unit resources.
• Provide clinical leadership, staff support, and participate in annual performance reviews.
• Precept, act as charge nurse, and assist with audits, orientation, and KPI oversight.
• Ensure staffing levels match census and acuity, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Promote safety, quality and patient experience while managing department operations.
