Intermountain Health Saint Joseph's Hospital is seeking a Nurse Clinical Leader to guide the night shift and supervise the nursing team. The role emphasizes leadership, care coordination, and continuous improvement while ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing staffing, coaching staff, maintaining competencies, and supporting unit KPIs. A BSN and RN license are required, with BSN within four years if not already obtained.

Formación

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree will be verified).
• RN hired or promoted into this role must obtain BSN within four years of hire or promotion date.

Responsabilidades

• Lead night shift nursing team and oversee unit operations.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Ensure staffing levels/skill mix match census/acuities and manage scheduling, onboarding, and competency development.
• Promote safety, quality, and patient and caregiver experience while supporting unit-based governance.
