Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in state of practice.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution; must obtain BSN within four years if not already.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and clinical expertise during shift and department operations.
• Supervise staff to ensure appropriate staffing and resources.
• Support governance and lead unit-based councils and quality initiatives.
• Participate in bedside care, audits, orientation, and performance reviews.
