Job summary

Intermountain Health Saint Joseph's Hospital seeks a Nurse Clinical Leader to provide leadership and clinical expertise during night shifts, manage unit resources, and supervise staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. The role will involve precepting, bedside nursing, and leading unit-based governance while focusing on KPIs and continuous improvement.

The position requires a BSN, current RN license, and BLS; leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution; must obtain BSN within four years if not already.
• If an education agreement exists, that agreement takes precedence.

Responsibilities

• Lead change, scheduling, and staff competency maintenance.
• Oversee unit staffing to match census/acuities and ensure patient care needs are met.
• Provide bedside nursing leadership on night shift and support audits, orientation, and KPIs.
