Kettering Health Main Campus is seeking a Health Unit Coordinator/Nursing Assistant (HUC NA) for full-time night shifts. The role blends HUC and NA duties, supporting the care team and assisting patients with daily living activities, under licensed nurse supervision.

The HUC NA coordinates unit activities, maintains patient records, and communicates with nurses, physicians, and other staff. Training and CPR/BLS certification are required at hire.

Qualifikationen

• KH Health Coordinator training required on hire.
• KH Nursing Assistant Orientation required on hire.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Aufgaben

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and basic care as delegated by licensed staff.
• Coordinate day-to-day unit activities with leadership and communicate with nursing staff, physicians and interdepartmental personnel.
• Assist with processing of patient records and serve as a resource for the EMR system.
