• KH Health Coordinator training must be completed on hire.
• KH Nursing Assistant Orientation must be completed on hire.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• One of: 6 months hospital/long-term care NA experience, or NA course completed in last 6 months, or nursing student/pre-nursing.
• Current KH employee qualifies.

Aufgaben

• The HUC NA has a dual focus, a combination of the HUC and NA roles as part of the interdisciplinary patient care team.
• Supports patients with activities of daily living and performs patient care skills as delegated by the licensed nurse within scope.
• Collaborates with unit leadership to coordinate day-to-day activities and communicate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdepartmental personnel.
• Maintains knowledge and ability of delegated tasks and supports department operational needs.
• Reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager.
