TEKsystems is seeking a Network Conversion Technician in Ann Arbor, MI for a contract role. You will remotely convert networking equipment by following detailed scripts, guiding store personnel over the phone, and conducting test orders to verify success.

The role requires prior IT support experience (helpdesk/desktop), strong communication, and attention to detail. Work is hybrid with a late-night schedule and a 3-store-per-night goal.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support (helpdesk / desktop) roles
• Ability to remotely guide users through procedures
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote network conversions by following prewritten scripts and documented steps
• Walk users through steps over the phone to complete conversions
• Meet the nightly target of 3 store conversions across shifts
