TEKsystems in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Network Conversion Technician for a contract role to upgrade networking equipment by end of 2026. The ideal candidate has IT support experience (helpdesk or desktop) and can guide users remotely through conversion steps using prewritten scripts.

*Description*

In need of Network Conversion Technician to participate in a critical project to upgrade all of the networking equipment by the end of 2026. The right candidate should have experience working in an IT Support role previous (helpdesk and/or desktop support) and have enough working knowledge of IT hardware/software to be able to work over the phone with a user to walk through the necessary steps to remotely convert from the current network to the new network and conduct test orders to validate the conversion was successful. They will be following a very detailed process with documented steps to follow, and the scripts they are running/automation they are deploying will all be prewritten, so attention to detail and strong ability to explain directions to the in-store contact will be most important.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
