Southern Champion Tray (SCT) is seeking a Multicraft Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift at our Chattanooga, TN facility. The role covers installation, preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year college / technical school, or one year related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and understand English; communicate clearly in English.
• Basic algebra and geometry for problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical components and equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures using schematics, manuals, and operator input.
• Troubleshoot PLC controlled systems and automated equipment.
• Maintain documentation and safety compliance (lockout/tagout, PPE).
• Assist with parts identification, inventory control, and maintenance planning.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing to the maintenance team.
