Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Multi-Store Supervisor to lead store teams across districts, driving store success and exceptional customer service. You'll delegate tasks, mentor staff, and report performance to the General Manager while traveling between nearby stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles daily.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to store team members while upholding standards.
• Mentor team members and provide performance feedback to the GM.
• Work with team to maintain smooth store operations.
• Foster a positive store culture aligned with Sheetz standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
