Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations across multiple stores in your district.

You will delegate tasks to Store Team Members, mentor staff, and partner with the General Manager to uphold performance standards and exceptional customer service. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with set schedules, a 4-day work week option, and travel between nearby stores.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or coordinating multiple stores.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles daily; mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles.
• Must be 18+ years old; some tasks may require 21+ in certain states.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, providing performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations across stores.
• Foster a positive store culture by adhering to Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
