Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for the night shift to maintain and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems across our warehouse facilities.

You will perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing and packing equipment, ensure proper start-up at shift begin, and manage spare parts inventory. The role requires multi-craft technician experience, knowledge of PLCs, CMMS, and the ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a multi-craft technician.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic and mechanical systems including PLCs and CMMS.
• Ability to read simple electrical, mechanical and pneumatic drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities and equipment in good, safe working order.
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on equipment and panels.
• Complete preventive maintenance in a timely manner.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance, repairs, parts and projects.
• Handle spare parts inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate.
• Ensure proper start-up of equipment at shift start.
• Maintain and repair conveyor systems and warehouse facilities.
• Diagnose problems by observation and listening to equipment in operation.
