Qualifications

• 2 years as a multi-craft technician or equivalent.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read simple electrical/mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with CMMS and conveyor systems maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities and equipment and keep them in safe working order.
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on manufacturing equipment and panels.
• Execute preventive maintenance in a timely manner.
• Document preventive maintenance, repairs, parts usage and projects.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure tools are available.
• Ensure proper startup of equipment at shift start.
• Inspect and repair machines, electronics, conveyors and warehouse facilities.
• Diagnose issues by observing and listening to equipment in operation.
• Troubleshoot and maintain conveyor systems (mechanical and electrical).
