Job summary

Elanco is hiring a Biopharmaceutical Fill/Finish Operator - Night Shift. The role involves executing vial filling and cartoning within GMP-compliant manufacturing settings, maintaining equipment and documentation, and adhering to SOPs for quality and safety.

Training starts day shifts for 2–3 months before transitioning to nights. Preferred candidates have related education and GMP experience, with potential premiums for weekend and after-hours work as noted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; basic computer skills and ability to adhere to procedures.
• Read and understand Manufacturing Instructions and SOPs.
• Aseptic manipulations and knowledge of aseptic technique.

Responsibilities

• Execute Primary (vial filling) and Secondary (cartoning) packaging operations for Monoclonal Antibody production within equipment sets, including assembly, preparation, turnover, and maintenance of the manufacturing equipment.
• Uphold GMP manufacturing standards with quality driven performance, documentation (lifecycle management), housekeeping, and staging.
• Accurately perform Manufacturing Instructions with adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and commitment to quality compliance.
• Perform aseptic manipulations and demonstrate knowledge of aseptic technique.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to uphold manufacturing, quality, and safety core principles.
