Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a Tooling Technician for the 2nd shift in Fort Worth, TX. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and improvements on injection molding tools to support high-efficiency production.

Coordinate with the Tooling Lead and production teams to ensure tooling reliability and readiness. Shift runs 2:00pm–10:00pm. The role requires hands-on tooling/molding experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with injection mold maintenance and repairs.
• Solid understanding of the injection molding process.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and short deadlines.
• Commitment to supporting internal teams including Molding, Production, and Special Operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, insert changes, and repairs on injection molding tools
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and tool performance
• Identify tooling issues and report findings to the Tooling Lead
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement tooling solutions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Develop and update Tooling Process Instructions (TPIs) and related documentation
• Organize and manage tool room components, including spare parts and standard items
• Collaborate with production teams to provide tooling support and address operational needs
