US Conec, Ltd. is seeking an Injection Molding Process Technician (2nd shift) to support high-precision molded components. You will perform process transfers, test runs, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure consistent, high-quality production.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Process Technician in an injection molding environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures for press alarms, production priorities, and test runs.
• Complete production test runs and summarize results.
• Transfer and validate processes between machines and document changes.
• Collaborate with process, tooling, quality, maintenance and production teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe molding floor and environment.
• Set up and tune Sprue Pickers and Robots as needed.
• Assist with camera setup and molding equipment as requested.
