US Conec, Ltd. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a dependable Molding Technician for the night shift (6:00pm–6:00am).

You will support injection molding operations, set up machines, maintain equipment, and help keep a clean, safe production floor while working with the Shift Lead to complete daily tasks. The role requires a high school education or related training, ability to use hand and power tools, follow procedures and safety rules, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic lift and scissor lift table to move molds into injection molding machines.
• Set molds into machines using specialized equipment and controlled procedures.
• Follow Lock-Out Tag-Out protocols as applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Molding Floor through sweeping, mopping, and regular machine wipe-downs.
• Stock and organize molding cabinets and carts.
• Assist with additional molding floor and machine duties as directed by the Shift Lead.

Molding Technician - Night Shift (6:00pm to 6:00am)
Overview
US Conec is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Molding Technician to join our night shift team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you’ll support injection molding operations by setting up machines, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized production floor. You’ll work closely with the Shift Lead to execute daily tasks and contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

Must Haves

• High school education, or up to one month of related experience/training, or equivalent combination
• Strong aptitude for using hand and power tools and understanding machine operations
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Willingness to work collaboratively and take direction
• Ability to stand for long shifts, bend, reach, and regularly lift 50 pounds or more
