Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. seeks a skilled Tooling Technician for our 3rd shift in Fort Worth, TX. You will maintain, repair, and improve injection molding tools to support high-efficiency production and tooling reliability.

You will work with the Tooling Lead and production teams, maintaining documentation and ensuring tool readiness for daily operations during 10pm-6am shifts. The role offers growth in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years in tooling/manufacturing.
• Hands-on injection mold maintenance/repairs.
• Solid understanding of injection molding process.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, insert changes, and repairs on injection molding tools
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and tool performance
• Identify tooling issues and report findings to the Tooling Lead
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement tooling solutions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Develop and update Tooling Process Instructions (TPIs) and related documentation
• Organize and manage tool room components, including spare parts and standard items
• Collaborate with production teams to provide tooling support and address operational needs
