Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a dependable Molding Technician for the day shift (6:00am–6:00pm).

You will set up injection molding machines, maintain equipment, and keep the production floor clean and organized, working closely with the Shift Lead to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. The role requires a high school education or related experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a strong aptitude for hand/power tools.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Willingness to work collaboratively and take direction.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift 50 pounds or more.
• Commitment to safety protocols and clean, organized workspace.
• Experience with hand and power tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic lift and scissor lift table to move molds into injection molding machines.
• Set molds into machines using specialized equipment and controlled procedures.
• Follow Lock-Out Tag-Out protocols as applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Molding Floor through sweeping, mopping, and regular machine wipe-downs.
• Stock and organize molding cabinets and carts.
• Assist with additional molding floor and machine duties as directed by the Shift Lead.
