Job summary

Micron Products Inc & Subsidiaries is seeking a 3rd Shift Molding Operator Lead for our Injection Molding Department. You will coordinate operator assignments, train staff, and ensure product quality to meet production schedules and customer requirements.

You will perform duties of Level 1 and Level 2 Operators, monitor machine performance, conduct quality checks, and maintain accurate shop orders and cGDP records. This role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to read and follow work instructions and quality documents.
• Strong communication skills for training and guiding operators.
• Experience with injection molding or manufacturing and ERP data entry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Level 1/2 Molding Operators.
• Assign operators to machines and workstations.
• Monitor quality, production schedules, and data in ERP.
• Escalate issues to Supervisor or Process Technician.
• Ensure GMP/cGDP documentation and ISO 13485 compliance.
