Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Molding Supervisor for the night shift (Fri–Sun, 7:00pm–7:00am) to lead molding floor employees and shift leads in producing plastic injection molded parts.

You will allocate tasks, ensure production schedules are met, and uphold safety and quality standards. The role requires directing multiple employees, coordinating materials, reviewing blueprints, and driving continuous improvement in methods and equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to effectively direct, supervise, and monitor multiple employees and activities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support three shift leads and all molding floor employees across multiple shifts.
• Requisition materials required to meet production orders.
• Inspect items for specifications and quality.
• Review production schedules and allocate resources accordingly.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations.
• Interpret blueprints and job orders, assigning duties.
• Adjust work procedures to meet production timelines.
• Identify and implement improvements to methods, equipment, and quality.

Education

Bachelor's degree or 5 years related experience
