Job summary

Hoffer Plastics is seeking a Molding Foreman for the 3rd shift to directly supervise the molding plant and its employees, ensuring efficient operation and quality of parts. You will lead production activities, train and mentor staff, enforce 5S and safety policies, manage scheduling, and work with the Plant Manager on process improvements, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.

Starting pay ranges from $25.25 to $33.00 per hour, with full training and comprehensive benefits, including

Qualifications

• Experience with injection molding processes and equipment.
• Experience supervising or leading a team on a shift.
• Ability to read/write English and follow written/verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plant operations on the assigned shift.
• Plan production runs and assign workloads based on skill sets.
• Train and mentor shift employees; enforce 5S and safety policies.
• Coordinate with HR for disciplinary actions and performance reviews.
• Identify efficiency, quality, and safety improvements and report to Plant Manager.
