Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform essential duties in cleaning tooling and supporting building maintenance.

The role requires basic machine operation knowledge and the ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings. Responsibilities include identifying equipment failures, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with new equipment installations and validations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Overtime availability and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Clean tooling to include molds and dies.
• Identify and correct facility and equipment related failures.
• Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
• Assist with installation and training on new equipment.
• Move equipment as needed and support validation (IQ/OQ/IQ/PQ).
• Read and comprehend electrical wiring diagrams, pneumatic and mechanical drawings.
