Job summary

Amcor in Streetsboro, Ohio is seeking a maintenance technician for the 12-hour night shift. You will troubleshoot, repair, and service plastic injection molding machines and support equipment, perform hydraulic and electrical work up to 480V, and complete preventative maintenance while keeping the work area safe and organized.

This role emphasizes following GMP, SQF, SOPs, and company safety rules, using CMMS to enter work orders, and collaborating with a team to keep the packaging line running

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining plastic injection molding equipment.
• Proficiency with electrical repairs up to 480V.
• Ability to perform hydraulic repairs and component replacements.
• Experience using CMMS to enter and close work orders.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and GMP, SQF, SOP guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and repair molding machines and support equipment.
• Perform hydraulic and electrical repairs and component replacements.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and document work orders.
• Operate forklift and hand tools safely.
