Amrize North America Inc. is hiring a Mobile Equipment Operator I for night shifts at our quarry operations in the United States.

The role transports materials and operates heavy equipment across multiple mobile units, with responsibilities including inspection, troubleshooting, and safe operation. The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy equipment, the ability to work in varying weather, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment in quarry settings.
• Ability to work in varying weather elements.
• Willingness to work in a team and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate haul trucks, water trucks, rock breakers, and fuel trucks.
• Use mobile equipment ( loaders, dozers, backhoes, graders, excavators) as required.
• Inspect equipment each shift and report issues promptly.
• Correct malfunctions or safety hazards or report to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and communicate needs to the team.
• Record material counts and assist with material blends as needed.
