NorthKey Community Care is seeking a full-time Mobile Crisis Responder for the third shift (12:30 a.m.–9:00 a.m.). The role is based at 502 Farrell Drive, Covington, KY 41011, with travel across the Northern Kentucky region.

Respond to crises in-person, provide immediate support, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include de-escalation, safety planning, arranging hospitalization or outpatient resources, and education to promote better client functioning.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Peer Support Certification preferred.
• High School Diploma with 1+ year of mental health experience can substitute for degree or certification.
• Experience in the behavioral health field and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond in person as part of a team to crises in homes, schools, hospitals, and other locations.
• De-escalate crises and develop safety plans with an interdisciplinary team.
• Assist clients in planning care, including hospitalization or outpatient resources.
• Address functional challenges and reduce risk to prevent unnecessary hospital visits.
• Educate clients to improve functioning and develop skills.
• Coordinate transportation to appointments and connect clients with resources.
