NorthKey Community Care in Covington, KY is seeking a Mobile Crisis Counselor & Therapist to provide behavioral health services during crisis. This on-site 2nd shift role travels across the Northern Kentucky region with mileage reimbursement.

Licensure in Kentucky is required; independent licensure is preferred. Salary ranges from $60,000 (non-independent) to $75,000 (independent), with flexible 11:00 AM–7:30 PM hours, generous PTO, holidays, benefits, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a clinical field of study related to behavioral health.
• Independent licensure in KY preferred; licensee must be in good standing.
• Crisis experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete diagnostic evaluations promptly for crisis response and determine level of care.
• Develop and perform psycho-social interventions using evidence-based practices.
• Create treatment plans addressing diagnosis and symptoms.
• Engage clients and involve family systems in treatment planning.
