Job summary

NorthKey Community Care in Covington, KY is seeking a Mobile Crisis Counselor & Therapist to deliver behavioral health services during a 2nd shift on-site schedule (11:00 am–7:30 pm) with Four Tens and flexible start times. Requires KY clinical licensure and travel across Northern Kentucky with mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities include crisis evaluations, evidence-based interventions, treatment planning, family involvement, HIPAA-compliant documentation, and multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in KY (LPCC, LCSW, etc.).
• Independent licensure preferred.
• Experience in crisis required.

Responsibilities

• Complete diagnostic evaluations promptly for crisis response.
• Develop psycho-social interventions using evidence-based practices.
• Develop treatment plans addressing diagnosis and symptoms.
• Involve family systems in treatment planning.
• Maintain multidisciplinary relationships and referrals.
• Complete timely documentation and progress notes.
• Participate in supervision and staff development.
• Respond to planned and emergency calls as needed.
