Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science.
• 2+ years AdventHealth experience and 5+ years technical experience.
• Strong knowledge of CLIA and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-analytical activities including equipment maintenance and specimen handling.
• Conducts post-analytical activities and reports results to clinicians.
• Completes tests per SOPs and supports proficiency testing.
• May coach staff and assist in training new employees.
• Ensures safety policies and PPE usage; handles hazardous materials.
