Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mix dough to the prescribed times following the formula.
• Operate in a team environment and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Complete required paperwork and communicate changes to the next shift.
• Adhere to GMP requirements and company policies.
• Assist with setup, changeovers, and cleaning on mixers and lines.
• Read and record written instructions from a formula sheet.
