Grimco, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Associate - Mixer in Manchester, NH. The role handles preparing, blending, and supplying raw materials to extrusion lines, operating mixers and related equipment, and ensuring accurate material flow and safe production.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to train.
• Basic math and measurement skills for mixing formulas.
• Ability to read job specifications and production documents.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, blend, and supply polystyrene resin, regrind, colorants, and additives.
• Operate mixing equipment, transfer stations, and related machinery.
• Ensure correct materials and amounts prior to extrusion.
• Maintain clean work areas and document material usage and discrepancies.
• Close jobs in the system and manage scrap reprocessing and material flow.
• Perform safety checks, PPE usage, and housekeeping tasks.
