Job summary

Grimco is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate Level 1: Material Handler for the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) in Manchester, NH. This full-time role moves, stores, and supplies materials to support daily production and may involve grinding/tumbling tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, loading/unloading materials, staging for production, and maintaining records. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, leave programs, and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer and math skills.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts or learn to operate them.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Stage materials for production operations.
• Transport finished goods to warehouse or shipping areas.
• Maintain inventory movement records and production documentation.
• Support inventory control and cycle count activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Support warehouse and manufacturing teams as needed.
• Assist with grinding and tumbling operations when required.
