Job summary

Grimco in Manchester, NH is hiring a Manufacturing Associate - Mixer to prepare, blend, and supply materials for extrusion lines. You will operate mixers, blenders, vacuums, augers, grinders, forklifts, and transfer equipment, ensuring smooth material flow and accurate reprocessing of scrap.

The position runs on a night schedule from 11pm to 7am with pay rates of $23.00-$27.00 per hour plus a $1.50/hour night shift differential. Full benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to train.
• Basic math skills for measurement and mixing formulas.
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and production documents.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, blend, and supply polystyrene resin, regrind, colorants, and additives accurately.
• Operate mixers, blenders, bins, vacuum loaders, and transfer stations to support extrusion lines.
• Monitor material levels, replenish proactively, and communicate changes or delays.
• Maintain equipment and perform daily checks; replace hoses and ensure clear material paths.
• Record material usage and close out jobs in the system at the end of each run.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant with PPE and lockout/tagout policies.
