Job summary

Grimco is seeking a Manufacturing Associate - Mixer on the 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) to support extrusion lines by preparing, blending, and supplying raw materials. The role operates mixers, blenders, vacuums, augers, grinders, forklifts, and transfer equipment, ensuring continuous material flow and regrind accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to train.
• Basic math skills for measurement and mixing formulas.

Responsibilities

• Material Preparation & Mixing: weigh, blend, and prepare resins and additives; operate mixers and transfer stations; ensure correct materials before sending to lines.
