Job summary

Grimco, Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Associate - Mixer in Manchester, NH. This role prepares, blends, and supplies materials to extrusion lines, operating mixers, blenders, vacuums, augers, grinders, forklifts, and transfer equipment.

You will ensure accurate material flow, clean work areas, and safe production practices during the 3pm–11pm shift. Typical pay ranges from $23 to $27 per hour, with a shift differential of $0.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments and safety-minded operations.
• Ability to operate forklift or willingness to train.
• Basic math and measurement skills for mixing formulations.
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and production docs.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, blend, and supply materials to extrusion lines.
• Operate mixers, blenders, vacuums, augers, grinders, forklifts, and transfer equipment.
• Maintain clean work areas and monitor material flow and scrap handling.
• Record material usage and close jobs in the system.
• Assist with equipment checks, maintenance, and safety protocols.
