Quanex Building Products Corporation is seeking a Mixer Operator in Cambridge, Ohio to join the QCM team. The role focuses on properly mixing compounds within specifications and safely operating the mixer and related equipment.

The position requires 1–2 years of manufacturing experience with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow SOPs. Lifting up to 55 lbs and working a night shift are involved.

• Strong mechanical aptitude.

• Operate assigned machinery safely and efficiently.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Lifts up to 55 lbs and handles bags as part of the process.
• Ability to adjust bale position on the conveyor and perform repetitive motions.
• Operate Mixer, Skid unloader, Bale Cutter, Weigh Conveyor and Charge conveyor.
• Follow production schedule and maintain pace per mixing procedures.
