Job summary

Conagra Brands in Indianapolis, Indiana seeks a production team member for the overnight shift 10:45 PM–7:00 AM. You will operate and maintain equipment, scale ingredients, and ensure sanitation while following SAP processes.

The role involves training teammates and contributing to safe, efficient production. Minimum 6 months in a production or food processing setting is required; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ of experience in production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a food processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach and discuss team expectations and resolutions.
• Train operators and assist existing operators.
• Develop training materials (OPLs, Playbooks, job aids).
• Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment to process fillings; CIP operations included.
• Scale minor ingredients per recipe control parameters.
• Maintain equipment and SAP functions (PSA verification, goods issuing, goods issue reversal).
• Report to the line Team lead.
