JRJ Group is seeking an experienced Night Shift Aggregate Foreman to lead overnight mill operations. You will supervise hourly workers, coordinate workflow, and ensure safe, high-quality production during non-daytime hours.

The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and hands-on coaching, with emphasis on safety, shift handoffs, and continuous improvement in a demanding factory setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing or mill environments.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate hourly production employees during the night shift.
• Serve as the primary on-site leader during overnight hours and make sound decisions.
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and training to team members.
• Enforce company policies, work rules, and attendance standards.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate nightly priorities.
• Monitor production processes to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Lead shift turnover with day shift to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Support continuous improvement opportunities and identify overnight process improvements.
• Maintain accurate production and downtime reports.
• Troubleshoot operational and equipment issues; coordinate with maintenance.
• Communicate across shifts and departments; use basic reporting
• Must wear required PPE; work in a noisy, industrial environment
