Job summary

Jrjnet is seeking a self-motivated Maintenance Operator for a night shift to operate and maintain heavy equipment at our aggregate plant. You will use a front-end loader to feed material, perform inspections, and handle basic PLC-based monitoring as part of a fast-paced team.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, experience with heavy equipment, and a solid safety record. Prior quarry or industrial plant experience is preferred, and flexibility for overtime or weekend shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude to identify, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems.
• Experience operating front-end loaders or similar equipment.
• Welding and fabrication skills from basic to intermediate level.
• Commitment to safety and maintaining a hazard-free workspace.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader safely to feed material into the aggregate processing plant.
• Perform routine equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and safety checks.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plant equipment including conveyors, crushers, and motors.
• Use welding and fabrication skills to repair or reinforce plant components as needed.
• Follow safety policies, participate in training, and support risk mitigation.
