Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate hourly production employees during the night shift.
• Serve as the primary on-site leader during overnight hours and make sound decisions.

• Enforce company policies, work rules, and attendance standards.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate nightly priorities.

• Maintain accurate production and downtime reports.
• Troubleshoot operational and equipment issues; coordinate with maintenance.

The Night Shift Aggregate Foreman is responsible for leading overnight mill operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production during non-daytime hours. Aggregate Foreman Core Skills & Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Supervision

• Lead and coordinate hourly production employees during the night shift.

Required Qualifications

Working Conditions

• Industrial manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and moving equipment.
• Night shift schedule (typically evening to early morning hours).
• Requires standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, working at elevated heights, and entering confined spaces.
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to climb ladders, work from elevated workspaces/heights, and safely enter and work within confined spaces.
