The position requires 18+ years, a HS diploma or GED, basic math, and English proficiency. Expect a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule with every other weekend, on-site at Dexter, NM.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass drug test and background check.
• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• Basic math and reasoning skills are required.
• Team-oriented and self-directed work approach.
• Experience with high speed production lines is preferred.
• Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, GMP, and workplace rules.
• Work safely on equipment and maintain sanitary environment.
• Troubleshoot, perform minor repairs, and report malfunctions.
• Monitor equipment via gauges and sound cues to ensure proper operation.
• Clean equipment and surrounding areas to meet audit standards.
• Observe color-coded container policies in the Production Areas.
• Maintain regulatory records and quality checks.
• Assist in training new personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
