The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years of age, passing a drug test and background check, and proficient English. Non-exempt position with fairlife nour./benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass drug test and background check.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and reasoning skills required.
• Team-oriented and self-directed.
• Experience with high-speed production lines.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, GMP, and workplace rules.
• Work safely on equipment and follow procedures to produce quality products.
• Troubleshoot problems and perform minor repairs or preventive maintenance.
• Monitor equipment using gauges and sounds to ensure proper operation.
• Clean equipment and surrounding areas to maintain audit readiness.
• Follow color-coded container policy in production areas.
• Maintain regulatory records and quality checks.
• Assist in training new personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
