Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Operations professional to oversee the safe operation, daily monitoring, and maintenance activities for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and industrial batteries.

The role requires six years in an MHE maintenance position, a relevant tech certificate, and strong electrical and PLC knowledge. Expect a night shift schedule of 6:00pm–3:00am and adherence to OSHA standards in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; tech school preferred (2 years).
• Six years of experience in an MHE maintenance position or equivalent.
• MHE 8 hour maintenance tech certificate from MHE manufacturer (IE: Crown, Raymond, Hyster, etc.).
• Trade electrical I & II training preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures or governmental regulations.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe operation, daily monitoring, and maintenance of MHE and batteries.
• Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulations (OSHA and local).
• Perform electrical repairs and welding as needed.
• Maintain PMs on MHE fleet and service equipment; troubleshoot electrical controls.
