Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn the manufacturing process as it relates to equipment start-up, operations, and procedures.
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and unscheduled repairs on industrial equipment; electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic, electronic systems, panels, relays.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and make necessary adjustments.
• Operate electrical hand tools and voltage/measuring devices.
• Read and work from blueprints to guide maintenance tasks.
• Lead by example and perform duties per company values.
