Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manufacturing Technician (Level 1 or 2) for the Case Value Stream Operations on a Weekday Night Shift at the Clearfield, UT facility. The role runs Mondays through Thursdays from 4pm to 2:30am, with overtime as needed.

The position involves hands-on manufacturing of composite rocket cases, including tooling, assembly/disassembly, surface preparation, and winding operations. Team focus on safety, quality, and schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated mechanical or technical ability.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow written instructions without deviation.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math and measurement functions.
• Must be able and willing to perform shift work, overtime as required and work on weekends and holidays.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture composite rocket cases; perform tooling, assembly, and disassembly tasks.
• Prepare case surfaces and operate winding equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and facilities; support safety, quality, cost and scheduling.
• Collaborate with team to optimize productivity and workflow.
