Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for a D-Shift (12-hour nights, rotating Thursdays) to help manufacture composite rocket cases. You will operate winding equipment, assemble/disassemble tooling, and maintain safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

Weekend and overtime work may be required. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 0–1 year manufacturing experience, and the ability to read blueprints and follow strict procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 years manufacturing experience or related experience.
• Willingness to perform shift work and overtime, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture composite rocket cases; perform tooling assembly/disassembly.
• Operate winding equipment for carbon/fibers; ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and equipment; follow procedures.
